Babita Singh, Himangi Agrawal, Ahmad Khan and Mamun Khan and his friends went to the Garbhanga School with Khijir Talukdar and Pramod Rongpi. They distributed eatables, shoes, sweat shirts, balls, hooplas, cricket bats etc. Kids were very happy. Ahmad donated copies and pencils. A member donated a lot of clothes especially warm clothes to protect the children from the harsh winter. Another member donated a lot of soft toys. It was decided to build a proper structure for the dilapidated school building and to keep one more teacher to ensure sufficient attention is provided to each child and to segregate the students into their respective classes as per their age. We decided to keep the school till class 5 and from class 6 onwards send them to another school in Lokhra. The education of children beyond class 5 is subject to the availability of funds. We will be co - opting some sponsors who will sponsor each child's education in future.
